  : Location is by Taksim square - that is the only good thing - but at what cost?
  : This is not a hotel that is run like a hotel. This is a nightclub (basement) that has some hotel rooms for extra revenue. Noone here speaks English here, except for one of their part time staff who is temporarily here from India. And everyone speaks in an aggressive tone.Problem 1: Our TV did not work for 3 days, no compensation or apologies. The threatened us with forced eviction for asking for something back for not receiving the facilities that we had paid for and they didn't provide it.Problem 2: There is no room service. Expect to ask for toilet paper at the reception when you run out at. Expect to use the same towels. I asked for a change of towels once, but after the order of the TV I did not ask for new towels to avoid aggressive confrontation, or an unexpected charge somewhere. Used same sheets for 10 days. No bins changed, we took ours down to the bottom of the road.Problem 3: On the balcony there is one chair, one table, and a very old dusty wheelchair. We only used one chair. Furthermore, the balcony door does not fully shut to keep out the noise - which leads me to the next point...Problem 4: NOISE! This hotel is meters away from a hospital, which makes noise cancellation an even bigger priority but it was very frustrating to hear not just the loud beeps and honks but the ambulances. The roads are single lanes going each directly, and lots of traffic - this means the ambulances cannot overtake and would be playing their sirens for an extended period of time.Problem 5: SMOKE SMELL, air vents bring in cigarette smell somehow - it's horrible & makes you sickProblem 6: When it rains you can hear the drains through the walls, it feels super cheap.Problem 7: You have one choice of light settings, everything on MAX, or off. Despite numerous lamps & lights, there is only a full setting or off. This gets more uncomfortable with time.

  : I liked the location and the only person that was helpful was Mustafa at the reception
  : Rooms are not cleaned, we had to continuously ask for towels and toilet paper. Towels and bedding are soiled and dirty. Floor has not been cleaned in ages and there's mould in the shower. To top it all my credit card was charged twice and they continued to say that my payment had not gone through and ended up having to speak to my bank and stop payment and paid once again using Revolut. Much nicer and cleaner hotels in the area!

  : Hotel and club staff were very nice and welcoming. Whenever we needed something they were very helpful and fun. Location is at taksim, not great but very centered from other locations. So everything was accessible from Taksim
  : Hotel is being renovated at the moment. Rooms can not get to desired temperature with the air conditioner, thankfully Ali could help, otherwise we would freeze.The room cleaner kept forgetting to put new towels and toilet paper, so we needed to ask the front desk.

  : The location and view from our room was great. The hotel has a chilled vibe and staff are great. Lovely building, with charm.

  : Berkay the receptionist was so professional and a shame to see him working in such an unorganised hotel/.. the room only got serviced when someone checked out of another room which was about 3 times in 2 weeks .. rubbish in room .. no soap.. no toilet paper .. no tea/coffee provided except on day of arrival.. Berkay the receptionist helped me with so much during stay and he was embarrassed at my disappointment in the running of the hotel ..I told him he was far too professional to be working in such a run down dump..Get another job where you would be part of a happy team environment..Dennis suitor
