  : We never had our room and toilet cleaned, towels where always missing, we asked for a room with balcony and they didnt give it to us. The first day that we came we found that they give us a room balcony and the balcony was an exit emergency we fund also that the third bed was not made! In the saloon breakfast we had insects in our table. Thats disgusting. Hopefully we changed our hotel for our 2 week in Istanbul. I dont recommend it.

  : The location is good, not ideal but good. Hotel is 10 minutes away form the Beyazit square (Kapali carsiya) and 20 minutes from Blue mosque (on foot). During the night this location was quiet but the street is very crowded from 9 am til 6-7 pm. Generally speaking, women shouldn't walk alone in Turkey, in this street too. The hotel has its own transport to the new airport and for 3 persons it costs 250 TL = 42 EUR. It is good and punctual. Travel lasts from the hotel to the airport about 1 hour. The staff at the hotel were friendly and pleasant.
  : Breakfast was pretty miserable and each morning was the same. Maybe the best food to eat during the breakfast was Nutella and bread. Maybe better option is to eat in some bakery (cheaper, different each morning). The linen, more specifically the pillowcase was dirty, the towels were not in great condition, the bathroom felt awake. Tap water flows very very slowly. WIFI was slow.
