: The excellent location: in the city center, close to the Galata Tower, the metro, the funicular to the Karaky district, taxis at the foot of the hotel.The room: we were on the 1st floor on a quiet street, dark but with a window that could open wide. Air conditioning ok. Bathroom with a walk-in shower which floods the entire bathroom, a door is missing to isolate it.The facilities: hammam, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. I regret that the indoor pool was so cold we did not take advantage of it.Hearty breakfast, but victim of its attendance rate, the dining room is noisy.

: Clean rooms, lots of fresh food. Good internet.
: The singer in the restaurant reminds me of 1992 in the Soviet Union. The swimming pool is quite small and appears a bit old and worn. The loud music and children make it a less than ideal place to relax. Additionally, the persistent taxi drivers and the man with the dog are a bit too forward in their pursuit of tips. Overall, it seems a bit overpriced for what it offers.

: The location is great, in walking distance of istiklal street and easy access to buses and metros. The breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice suitable for everyone and we enjoyed the tea and coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They would ensure we had somewhere to sit at breakfast, ask how everything is and make sure our table was steady and clean. They also have a very friendly dog called Linda at reception who was a delight. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
: I think this is more of a 4 star hotel not a 5 as stated on booking.com. The hotel room and bathroom was very small and the decoration overall very outdated and in need of some updates. Our shower door wouldn't close so I notified reception at the end as it didn't bother us too much at the time but may bother others. It can be very loud outside at night which I guess is due to the location it is in. There isn't a place in the room or bathroom to hang your towels or clothes. Just a few minor things but we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
