  : The only way to stay in this hotel would be - only if you are a party person and love to be in the centre of all the noice and music coming from the restaurant.
  : The hotel is situated directly above the very noisy restaurant- the staff of the restaurant basically manages the hotel. Thats why its very poorly managed- they simply dont have the time to take care of the rooms as they are fully busy with the restaurant. The music bangs every single night intil 12am, and even with closed windows theres no way for you to fall asleep in such a havoc. We travelled as a family with 3 small children- and they cried every single night because it was too loud and noisy! The street musicians are competing with each other- who would make most of the noice.We stayed 8 days and the room was not cleaned ONCE- they changed the bed one time, and even the towels were brought only if we specifically insisted on that.Bathroom door was not closing properly, the two in the sink was loose, they would clean up the dishes- generally speaking - a very poor management.

  : The location is 20 mins walk from the Blue Mosque.
  : This hotel is not acceptable for the families, especcially with small children, as ours. It's located on the top of the very noisy restaurant, in a very busy touristy area. the music was playing EVERY night untill 12 am, and the children were complaining that they cant fall asleep because of the noice. The hotel rooms were NOT cleaned unless specifically asked, the towels were changed ONLY when asked. The breakfast is quite poor and simple, without any juices or fresh milk, or muesli. The biggest issue was the noice from the below restaurant and loud banging music half of the night. The facilities are old and poorly managed - with bathroom doors not closing, loose taps in the bathroom, not toiletries provided. Definitely not a recommendation if you would like to stay in a nice place.

  : I felt more like a renter than a guest.Most of our stay was the awkward We witnessed the waiter in the picture had so many arguments with customers with billing and service, sadly more with elderly people.

  : Breakfast time 9-11am which is bit late start. I think if it starts at 8am it will give visitors time to schedule their daily activities earlier. It definitely need some consideration

  : Location was good except that taxis and shuttles find it hard to get to. Give contact details or arrange alternate pick up locations. Also, the short walk to the metro station is up a very steep hill.
  : Breakfast not available until after 9.00 and sometimes 9.30. We left each morning to get to attractions before that.

  : Location is very convenient and Centre from Istanbul famous point and near to local shops , this appartment is very comfortable and spacious for single family, hotel staff are very cooperative and listen to care your need on single call .
  : Taxi drop your luggage at the street corner and there is no access to enter into street where hotel located .

  : Excellent Location and staff were very helpful. Highly recommend. They even helped with carrying the luggage to the 3rd floor and very kind to children. The people and staff are very nice and very helpful. Karina and the boys do a very good job.
  : They Don't answer the phone so easily. Maybe they are too busy. Bathrooms of the apartment have poor lighting. Require bathroom renovations and in need of some repairs.
