  : It was a good experience in this hotel. People were nice and the location was perfect. People here are so helpful and happy. The man in reception Emre is so helpful and nice. He helps so well, and he can figure out the solutions for all your problems. Not everyone can speak English there, but in reception Emre is the best with communication. He speaks gently and he always happy and offer his help. People at the restaurant are nice but it's only one person who could speak English well. The location was good, it was so close to tramway and train station " around 5 min walk". Easy to get into train which take you to Asian side. It takes around 20 min walk to Sultanahmet or you can take tram as well. The area is full of life, there is so many people around the hotel and many different shops. If you like quietness so it's not the perfect place to stay in. It takes 10 min walk to Yusef pasha.
  : Sometimes was loudly at the hotel. It was so easy to hear the people talk from the room beside. we could hear babies crying in middle of night, but it happened once or twice only. The gym is not that huge, and swimming pool is not comfortable as well, was so small and the water wasn't deep at all. It would be better if it was Jacuzzi instead of swimming pool. It was unnecessary for women for massage therapists to site on the site of the pool and just stare at people who are swimming. uncomfortable.

  : hotel is at a perfect spot. amazing staff especially erhan the manager was ever so helpful and kind.. he went out of his way to help in a lot of things. hotel was clean and comfortable and the house maids were very sweet aswel. I wasnt happy with my first room but they changed it straight away and gave me a comfortable room.
  : the breakfast needs a change, as you only serve all cold food, only the hot food was eggs or potato. soup was nice but will be better if there was more option on hot food is served as everything else was ice cold. and some of the staff in the restaurant need to be little kind with guest. as always I felt I was spoken to rudly or as if I wasnt welcomed. but over all its a nice hotel.

  : Many shopping around, close to metro and tram, cleaning every day, good staff, good lounge zone
  : Noise from tram and very busy street (isolate noise window can solve this discomfort) , no nightlife in area, pool very small can't do morning swimming, only few international chanel's
