  : Naughty and ill-bred staff. They screamed to give them the money for parking in Turkish lira, in advance. I gave them euros, they refused and threatened to call the police if the car in front of the hotel didn't disappear, even though we hadn't had time to unload our luggage. They had promised us that they would take care of the parking. They didn't want to give us the key to the room without the money for parking. They said to leave where we came from: "what, have you paid 1 million euros?". We found private and guarded parking, where they didn't ask for money in advance.The dirty hotel. Mosquitoes at the reception and in the room, they don't have a mosquitonet on the window. Accommodation paid in advance 770 euros/6 nights, i.e. about 120 euros/night. I paid for 6 nights and stayed 5 nights, it was horrible. They misled us. We paid for a room with a view of the Bosphorus, they didn't tell us that it actually overlooks the tram line, with the related noise and, in the background, you can also see the Bosphorus. The room is about 15 square meters, not 25 square meters as in the description on Booking. In the bathroom there is mold and the smell of sewage, old and decayed furniture.In the room, the carpet is dirty, the mattress is of the worst quality (sponge), the bed falls. The air conditioning works only for the recirculation of the existing air, it does not cool. The bed linen was not changed for 5 days. Stained drapes, dirty curtains, old, partially damaged furniture. Poor and invariable breakfast. An egg a day, rotten lettuce, a few green and black olives, a little cheese and a teaspoon of cheese, plus a few fingers with some Finetti-type crme and some juices.On departure, a day earlier than we had paid, they refused to give us a receipt for the payment made. They made fun of us and made us wait for the patron for 15 minutes, then another 20 minutes, and after a wasted hour we left without a receipt.

  : The hotel was really nice and clean, the staff is very professional and helpful especially Latif, he speaks arabic&english& turkish, he made our visit 100% better with his recommendations and advice abt istanbul. And latif helped us with the Turkish calls we were getting from the delivery guys and all.
