Wonderful

  : The location was perfect. The distance to food and entertainment was fantastic. The Hotel property was clean.

  : The view from the room. The Keurig.
  : Not clean. Broken and worn furnishings. Many of the outlets didn’t work. Wood floor was dirty. Rug in the room was dirty and stained. The shower tub was constantly running such that the tub was rust-stained. The curtain cords didn’t work. The tv remote batteries kept popping out because it was missing the back. Residual smoke odor in room. The carpet in the hallway hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time.

  : The location was okay and the room was spacious
  : Poor quality fittings, plastic and paper cups, staff at desk didn’t know anything about the room contents so couldn’t replace the *single use* items, shower was poor, bathroom generally shoddy, lights throughout barely worked, only one remote control for two tvs (wtf!?), none of the fittings have been replaced since I guess the year 2000. Okay for a third of the price I guess but basically this hotel is a huge rip off. Also the shuttle bus to the airport has all the seatbelt connectors taped over which is UNSAFE and almost certainly ILLEGAL. Why would you do this? Do you want your guests to die? I wonder what united airlines would do if they knew their pilots are being driven to their accommodation in a death trap? Maybe I should tell them …
