  : The location was amazing and very well connected as the bus stand and supermarket were just a few 100 meters away.
  : The hotel could be more creative and thoughtful about the lighting. In the evening when there are chances of the Aurora Borealis the back side of the hotel had some disturbing lights which should be turned off.

  : I did book a new room facing the river and been confirmed by message before arrival that my room will be facing the river. Unfortunately when I checked in at the hotel the room was facing the back of the hotel, the parking area with big tourist buses around. No apologies from the staff and not interested in fixing the problem or finding a solution. Hotel manager wasnt present that day of course and never got any apologies. They said that the room was changed by the sales department who need the room for a big group. This hotel doesnt care about your business , they are only interested in making money with big group of travellers. If I knew in advance I could have cancelled the room and book somewhere else. They are plenty of choice around where to stay. The hotel is old and need some refurbishments. The hotel is always very busy with big group of tourists around. My room was very cold . The staff really need to learn about customer service.

  : The location is good, by the riverside. If you are lucky, you can get a room in the upper floor with views to the river, which in winter is frozen.
  : The light in the bathroom was out of service, we had to use the flash light of our our own phones whenever we needed to use the bathroom. There were very dusty areas in our room.The dinner buffet is very bad and overpriced. They charged us 32 /person without drinks and the meals were not good at all. The following day, we went to a local restaurant by the river with very fine local cuisine for the same price.

  : Some thing were unclear like buffet or privat restaurant options, unclear in which welness offers had to be paid other not etc.
