  : we forgot checkout was at 11 a.m., at 11:08 a.m., we got a knock on the door by the maid ... I answered it and said, "we thought checkout was noon. She was rude. And said, "You to 5 minutes"

  : Advertised pool (main reason for booking) but pool was out of service wasn’t made aware of that on website or at check in. Basic cable channels skipped & glitched

  : Pleasant staff. SUPER CLEAN, every thing my eyes came across was very clean. They had an ice and water machine that I filled my cooler up with for our baseball tournament. Breakfast bar had so many options from fresh fruit to cereal. Coffee bar was my personal favorite!
  : There is no hot tub here as pictured and advertised. To make it worse I called the 1-800 number to ask if it was working before I booked and was told yes. The pool needs an upgrade but tbh when you take care of your property as well as they did it wasn’t an issue. Still clean and usable

  : "breakfast on the shelf, under the TV" - we expected a little more for over 160 Dollar per night - the brakfast was horrible! No tables or chairs, no extra room, just some muffins, coffee and tea, we were really disapointed
  : way too expensive for that kind of offer; really bad brakfast and the woman at the front desk was not really busy, but unfriendly somehow and busy smoking outside, if she was needed

  : It was the cheapest hotel on booking.com
  : We checked out at 10 a.m. and my girlfriend forget two pair of earrings worth $4k on the night stand. When we called at 1 p.m., we were told they were not to be found. Both my girlfriend and I saw them on the stand the night before going to bed. It was very frustrating. The staff was courteous when we discussed it. The manager and the general manager said they would call us after doing one last search, but they never did.

  : I had a medical emergency the morning of check out, and had to leave quickly for urgent care. We checked out at 7 am, 4 hours before check out. At noon, I realized I had left two pair of diamond earrings on the bedside table. When I called the hotel to ask if my earrings were turned in or if the room was cleaned yet, I was told the room was cleaned, and nothing was turned in. The person I spoke with said she would check the room and get back with me. I did not receive a return call. My partner then called the hotel and spoke with the General Manager. The GM stated that the earrings were not found, but would recheck the room. The GM also stated the housekeeper who cleaned the room was a seasoned employee who they did not have problems with. The GM also failed to call back to verify if the earrings were found. These earrings were sentimental to me and worth $4,000. While I understand it was my error for leaving the earrings behind, please know that staff members are thieves, will steal your valuablrs, and management will do nothing to follow-up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
