  : We have dined here many times, but first time lodging there. Our room (321) was modest sized, but nicely appointed, and loved the view. The lobby area is great with fire in the fire place, the bar area and room off the bar very cozy. Heard Candi Trembly sing - she was great. We had the breakfast included, and it did not disappoint. Plus we have always loved the dining room. Staff very friendly all around.
  : Resort fee of $30 is a rip off. Got the complete run-around on what it included. First told it did cover the fee for using the Jackson cross country ski center. Then the center told me we had to get the free pass from the Wentworth. Then the Wentworth told me the fee for the cross country ski center is NOT included, but only a Sunday morning snowshow trip is - and of course that was not advertised - presumably because it would come as a cost to the Wentworth. Bottom line: Resort fees, like airline baggage fees, while no doubt very profitable, are very aggravating.

  : breakfast was awesome, staff were very friendly and attentive, location is perfectly situated, super clean and the available pantry was an added bonus, the lobby and bar are beautifully decorated and are very comfy and cozy, bartender was great as well
  : the room was small but very clean and comfortable, bathroom sink was super tiny and the mirror was situated very low, not great for getting ready for a wedding, lol, but it is a very old building and they do the best with what they have!

  : Staff was great. Restaurant excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Nice amenities, including snacks + fridge for guests - a nice touch.
  : Room was incredibly warm and no way to cool it off, as the thermostat was not working. Had to open window which had no screen to help the situation. Staff did provide a fan the next day. All windows need screens.

  : I ate breakfast three times during my stay. My favorite breakfast was the loaded bagels; the eggs were good.not a huge fan of the breakfast potatoes in my opinion they were too chunky and could have been crispier and warmer; having said that the service was spot on
  : The room should have either an alarm clock or a a wake up call service

  : Old , outdated villa . Musty, ants, Wi-Fi didn’t work, one shower didn’t work

  : The room was extremely small, didn’t look like the pictures, I wish I got the room with the hot tub I think my experience would have been better, but they also should have an outdoor hot tub for the guess who doesn’t have in the room to enjoy by the pool. Location is very calm not much to do around, the center is 15 min away.
