  : The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.
  : The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned in awhile. The toilet was clean, but there was dust and (other people’s) hair all over the bathroom floor, and the shower was so gross we just decided to skip it.

  : There was a half inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door which susceptible to pest entry of most kinds. The door had to be forced open to get in the room and was scraping up the linoleum flooring. The floors were completely dirty and left dirt everywhere, especially when walking into the bathroom to take a shower. The toilet was dirty with hair on it. The pool was cloudy and dirty, with garbage all on the pool side ground. I can not upload my photos but will attach them to this email.

  : The breakfast was great, it was hot & there was something different each day.
  : I didn't get the room I booked & paid for; I got a room with one king bed. I booked a room with 2 beds - a king bed with a sofa bed. Desk staff said there was nothing else available, I couldn't even get an extra blanket. Manager told me she can cancel my reservation & I can go someplace else. I'm from out of state & always book rooms in advance & she says go someplace else. I also questioned charges that appeared on my credit card immediately after check-in & was told they were not from this hotel, yes, they were. As for the room, the floor was sticky & the refrigerator had no shelves in it. The pool grounds where people walked needed sweeping; there were cigarette butts, wet tissues, dead bugs & trash around the entire pool area. I dared not to say anything about all this. Some staff were pleasant & some staff had attitudes. Manager had a nasty attitude & was very disrespectful. I visit this area often & I was treated very poorly at this hotel. Things happen, but there was no reason for attitude or disrespect.
