  : The location
  : It was not as advertised. We bookedseparate queen beds and they do not offer separate beds. They were bunk queen beds. It did not furnish items normally expected such as handers, hair dryer or ice bucket. The floor was dirty, the bathroom door did not close completely. It was very noisy at night. Not a restful stay.

  : The room had been refurbished in the last 6months. The room itself was small, clean, good condition. The motel is only a couple miles from downtown Jackson Hole. The motel is next door to Target, Albertson's Grocery, Subway, Domino's Pizza, and near McDonalds. You can order a pizza and walk over to get it. There are 2 gas cooking grilles and a couple of gas above ground firepits. If over 60 years old, try to get a first floor room facing out to the parking lot. Make sure you reserve a queen size bed (not bunk bed) room. After a couple days stay it seems to grow on you.
  : The price for this motel and any other hotel in town is way too expensive. The motel is getting a face lift as we stayed there. If the motel was located 50 miles away, it would probably be $100 a night. The back of the door cost per night says $700 a night. I guess we will not come back due to the high prices. It will probably look much better when they finish. There were construction crews doing work right in front of our room. The pool looked like it wasn't maintained well. They say it is heated. But the 20 year olds getting sun around it didn't seem to care. The bathroom shower is a corner shower. But it wasn't as bad as I thought. Definitely not big enough for 2 people. LOL! Even with all this, it was the cheapest motel at the time to stay in Jackson.

  : I really like the location, and it is so much nicer than when it was a Motel 6!! The staff was also very attentive, professional, and kind.
  : I would have appreciated knowing the room with 2 beds was going to be bunk beds ahead of time, unfortunately using booking.com it did not tell me that and I needed 2 beds for myself and a friend who prefer to not be in the same bed. Climbing up to a top bunk at 45 years old is not enjoyable.

  : There was nothing to like, we never made it into our room because of the argument that ensued with Steve and Cindy the managers of the place. What was advertised as available (that I booked and showed the managers) wasn't available, and so the only option was a room with bunk beds. The property is under construction, it's really nasty made nastier by a pair of mean humans.
  : I didn't like the way the management treated us. We had been on the road the entire day, were dog tired, it was 8.40pm at night and they told us the fact that we booked something they didn't have available was our problem......eventhough I was booking what they had posted on booking.com. They told us to go elsewhere or accept what they had to give us. Super rude, super disconnected individuals who obviously hate their jobs. Incredibly frustrating. Truth is we never made it into the room so I have no idea what the beds were like etc, my assumption given the general vibe of the place is that they would not be good, I heard another guest complaining to the checkin clerk that the beds were terrible and that he need to be moved. If this place had been charging 100$ a night it probably would have been predictable, but they were charging 350$ per night. While they are under construction, expect to be checked in in a downstairs room that has been converted into a makeshift checkin office. Just a super bad experience and 0% empathy or understanding from the management. I did get refunded, but had to pay an extra 180$ to find something late in the evening. Avoid Steve and Cindy at all costs.

  : Walls are very thin and we were woken up at 5am every morning by doors shutting and people walking upstairs (we were on the first floor)
