  : Room options were standard room, partial ocean view or ocean view. I price watch and have stayed at several Margaritaville hotels before. At any rate, I chose ocean view. When I checked in and arrived at my room, it was not as stated. I went downstairs and spoke with front desk and they stated their records show I booked a partial view (which overlooked the parking lot, the hotel next door and a portion of the beach) Even after showing them my Ocean View confirmation, I was told because it was thru a 3rd party there was nothing they could do, but the ocean view rooms were sold out anyhow and even at $500, I didn't pay an ocean view price. The pool was disappointing as well. The Best Western pool is larger than this one. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the elevators are a joke. In the morning, I couldn't access the gift store from one of the elevators, so my grandson and I walked outside to the front of the hotel, which was quicker than getting back on the elevator. We walked around the broken glass on the hotel sidewalk, only to notice a used condom nearby. Needless to say, once we got to the gift shop, it hadn't even opened yet.
