Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
Bank transfers are accepted methods of payment.

Please note that weekly bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can rent them at the property.
Dear guests, please note that there is an additional charge of 4 euros for towels and 9 euros for bed linen for a single bed and 12 euros for a double bed.

Upon departure, guests are kindly requested to clean the apartment, wash the dishes and empty the bins.
