  : The hotel was nice, great view in a great location. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
  : The deposit to hold the reservation was to be $461. They charged me $2,042 thirty days before my stay. This is all but $177 of the total bill. Bad business practice.

  : The staff the restaurant staff was excellent as well as housekeeping.
  : The rooms in the hotel had not been updated. The was paint peeling off the wall down to the plaster. Furniture was very old so much that the coffee tables had large pieces of wood missing. The sofa cushions were worn out. You just sank into the sofa.

  : The bed was comfortable and the TV was big with many channels. Short walk to beach.
  : My Ocean View room was a view of the courtyard & palm trees in the way of the view of the ocean. I had about 20% view of the ocean. When I asked if we could swap rooms to an ocean front, they said they were all booked, yet there was hardly a soul in the hotel. We never saw anyone in the hallways. There was hardly any staff, but the staff that was there was very nice & helpful. Breakfast was included in my reservation, but there was no complementary breakfast, only the restaurant, I had to go to the front desk & ask for valtures for free breakfast. The cafe was to open at 630am, the first morning they opened on time, the 2nd morning, a Sunday it opened at 730am a whole hour late. The restaurant opened at 7 am for breakfast, but again, day 2, it opened 30 minutes late. We are morning people & we expect things to be open when they should be open. The dinner was extremely too expensive on site, so we dined off site. For the money we paid for only 2 nights we were extremely disappointed. Will not return.

  : We loved that it was dog friendly but for the price the room should have been nicer. Mold in the bathroom and nothing fancy.
