  : When we moved in on 11/24 there was nothing in the apartment. No furniture or appliances. The company told us they are out of rooms and made us go to another property in 425 washington blvd. Wehad to travel with our luggage in the freezing cold weather. when we get there the room was not prepared and we waited for one hour and a half for them to make the room keys for us. The company told us we could stay at the new location if we are comfortable with that but they made us leave the next morning telling us the room is booked and we have to move back to the original location. We had to leave 11 am in the morning and the check in time they told us is 4pm. We had no where to go or to leave our luggage. This is utterly ridiculous and we just had our worst experience with booking especially it is Thanksgiving. We arrived at the original apartment building 4pm on 11/25 when your representatives promised to have the keys ready at the front desk but when we get there nothing was waiting for us. We stayed at the front desk till 5:30pm and no keys were there. We are so offended by all these inconvenience and how poorly weve been treated. We do not wish this horrible experience happen to any one.
