  : The staff was very friendly and super courteous the location was great overall the hotel was clean
  : I was confirmed with Marco when I called asking if I could check in early which I couldn’t (no one’s fault) that I had 2 queen room when I checked in at 2:50 we got to our room and it was a king bedroom pushed that aside because they said it was sold out and they did not have any availability when I called before, then I always check the room no matter where I got and there was stains in the sheets and pillows and no hand soap to wash our hands or the body lotion wasn’t refilled I paid a decent amount for 1 night I paid $277 for 1 night I understand housekeeping is on a time crunch in between rooms but a simple bed change and hand soap etc would make guest feel more welcomed I did not want to bother the front desk because there was always someone checking in whenever I went down and there was a line of people they were quit busy again it wasn’t the staff more housekeeping needs to be more attentive

  : No TV remote and staff not helpful in locating a replacement. No additional towels available. Staff incorrectly stated that the stay was attached to Hilton Honors member number.
