  : No working phone in room, smelled like mildew, room floor was soaked from air conditioner. Hot in lobby breakfast area. Pool area dirty, had someones fake fingernails on the side of the pool

  : Location of the hotel is great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was location was good. The ac worked well.
  : The entire hotel is in need of a MAJOR FACELIFT! Our room was in very rough condition (including dirty finger prints on all doors) and in need of fresh paint, new furnishings, new carpeting, new mattresses, new drapery, etc. The lamp was so gross and dingy, we didn't want to touch it. The phone didn't work. We realized it was not plugged in (we found the cord and plugged it back in. You're welcome.). The mattresses on both beds were awful. It was difficult finding a comfortable spot to lay down. The breakfast was just OK. The eggs, gravy and sausage were not hot. We saw people struggling with the waffle maker. Probably needs to be replaced. Hallways and elevator were rough too. Lobby was nice. We, and family members and friends, have stayed here numerous times over the last decade, but the property needs a lot of attention and updating. Surprised it is a Wyndham property.
