  : Check out is super easy, staff was also super friendly but thats all positive I can say sadly.
  : The house was very outdated, it could badly use a total remake. The toiletbowl was loose and had the pushbutton broken (very unhygienic!), bathroom smelled mushy, way too less kitchen equipment, no bbq as promised, not even a cutting tray. Hottub is charged 1000isk per use. A very rugged floor towel you wouldnt want to put your feet on. The house itself looks like totaly outlived and used by groups of teenagers overnighting here (which was what happened on our first night). This could be such a lovely place but nope, nothing seems to be invested in this place. And I almost forget the horrible noisy airconditioning that you cannot control yourself (but thank goodness is collectively turned off at 23.00 by the staff) but 23 degrees is for most people too hot to sleep in. The beds at the upperfloor are at a dangerous location, nothing will save you from falling down into the livingroom if you are sleepwalking, no railing at all, is that even allowed? Dont do this with (little) children! Stairs up there are steep as well. There is no 2 persons bed if you are couple, just two royal size single beds and the rest is normal single beds you can not put together. If you like cozy it might be fine. House also lacks any form of charm, no decoration, poor fitting rolling curtains and not many places to put your stuff at. Also, not much privacy. I never wrote such long 'what you didnt like' report to be honest. And its sad because this place has incredible potential if the keepers would maintain it and I seen exact houses like this that were a joy to stay at. But this.. its just a budget choice for students I guess.

  : The property was generally nice and in decent location for hour purposes.
  : The main thing we didnt like was that even though the property is advertised for 6 people and we were 6 people, the water tank for the shower lasted barely for one shower and the water heating system was electricity based so we had to wait between 30 minutes to an hour between showers which made hour showers time about 4 hours not ideal for a family with a young kid. Other than that the microwave didnt work so after some awkward talk with them they said that they will look for a solution. Eventually after an hour a nice guy came and replaced the microwave with a working one.
