  : Fantastic location with nice views and an easy walk to Lei Lei's, the beach and pool. The unit was clean and everything worked as expected.
  : limited cooking utensils and no oven trays. Minimal dishes but was functional. Unit is clean but would get hot upstairs when the breeze stopped, it would be nice to have an upstairs AC unit.

  : The property grounds were lush green, manicured, with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. We were within walking distance to Lei Lei's restaurant, the horse stables and nice longer walk to the shoreline and lovely walking trails. The pool areas as well kept and pretty too. Its also equipped with a few pool towels and folding chairs which was so convenient.
  : The beds are described as firm up front. I felt they were too firm to fully get comfortable. It was a little tricky identifying the condo and that was because I arrived late at night and the numbers were hard to see. Be sure to review the property map beforehand if arriving after dark. The condo has two TVs that are far small. We didn't have much time for TV watching so it did not bother us much.

  : The proximity to the water and resort was great. The North Shore is my favorite part of the island and since the resort was not open yet, we were able to enjoy Turtle Bay without being over crowded. The walking trails were great and the sunsets were spectacular.
  : When we first arrived, the gate code mechanism was not intuitive. A staff member had to come and let us in because traffic was backed up behind us. Throughout the week, this was a common occurrence and we witnessed multiple vehicles having to back up into oncoming traffic to let the person who could not get through the gate to turn around. This was a daily occurrence and was embarrassing for the guest. Clearly, the owner of this condo does not stay in the condo as we were underwhelmed by the mediocre sense of pride of ownership. The bed downstairs was rock hard, the couch was virtually unbearable to sit on for more than 15 minutes. A cabinet door in the bathroom wouldn't shut, the screen door would not shut and overall, it just needed updating. If this condo had updated and comfortable furniture and beds, I would come back but I could never recommend this particular condo to anyone in its current condition. I was never excited to come back to the condo with my family after a day out and about together. That was a bummer.
