: The view and location were great, especially the spacious lanai. The kitchen was well equipped, and the apartment was roomy, with good showers. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer, and free parking.
: The carpeting was in dire need of cleaning, and the second bedroom was very hot, with windows not able to be opened. The kitchen was fairly clean, but many things not. There were many signs of do's and don'ts up in the living space, although they were also listed in the notebook.

: The location was great. It is located right across the street from a nice snorkeling beach. There's lots of shopping nearby. The facility has a really nice pool, hot tub, outdoor showers, and a grill available for use. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for visitors' needs including beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, etc.)
: I wish more laundry detergent had been left for us. There was plenty of dish detergent, but only enough laundry detergent for 1 load for a 4 day stay. Considering we were instructed to wash the towels as part of the checkout process, that meant we had to go purchase laundry detergent. Of course, you can't fly with laundry detergent, so we left it. Just a couple more laundry pods would have been nice. The owner also forgot to give me the access code and wasn't available when I contacted her. Luckily her contact person did answer right away, so we were able to get in. The owners were friendly and wonderful to work with. My comment about the code should just serve as a reminder to future guests to ask about the code before you're standing at the door. Oops!

: Location and view were good. Unit was well furnished. Britt, the property manager was VERY helpful and went out of her way to address issues.
: We did not like the need to get "permission" to increase the air conditioning. It was quite humid inside and compared to our prior condo stay up the road, it was unpleasant to abide by the 75-76 pre-set level. We requested a correction and the owners accommodated quickly with a remote fix but we felt "lectured to" about others before us who were satisfied with the pre-set and that the local utility might institute brown outs if energy was over-consumed. We are both 73 years old and are responsible adults. The tone was a bit snarky. We paid well for this condo but the stay started off with a bad taste to us.
