  : Sofa bed was very uncomfortableThe air conditioner in the bedroom of one unit wasn't working. They said they would have it fixed by the next day but it wasn't.The booking said check out between 9 and 11 but we had to check out by 10

  : Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
  : First of all, they won’t assign you a unit until you arrive and they see what’s left. My wife and I were assigned a unit on the “ground floor” which is actually 3 steps down. So it feels like you’re in the basement. If you stood up real tall you could see over a wall out the back and could almost see the pool area. No ocean view for us. The curtains covering the sliding glass doors apparently were white in the 70s but are now various shades of yellow and brown. Same with the front door. The towels also were white some time in the past but are now gray. Don’t get me started on the couch. Apparently Poppy stayed there many times. The wireless didn’t work initially. I had to dig through a rat’s nest of cables to reset routers and switches. They give you an access code for the door but don’t worry about forgetting it because you could easily get past it using a twig. Overall I would describe the place as dingy. My wife was not nearly as kind.

  : The location was fantastic. The unit was very clean and spacious. The key code to enter the unit instead of a hotel type card was very convenient. Parking was simple and very close to the unit.
  : The washing machine in the unit did not spin water out of the clothing, so the clothing was soaking wet, not allowing the dryer to function. The clothing needed to be heavily rung out and ran through the dryer twice.The apartment smelled heavily of humidity when we first arrived. This did resolve over time, but it gave the feeling of dampness upon arrival.

  : The bed was perfect, the sofa and kitchen were great and the TV was wonderful. I liked the option to keep the apartment clean myself. The staff were very down to earth and I think they should always be that way.
  : There was construction only 10 feet from my pool side deck which made being in the apartment intolerable. There were no extra garbage bags on hand, even though we are supposed to empty the trash ourselves. I don't like living on the ground floor so I asked for an apartment above ground level but was not accommodated. Also, parking on the north side where my door was didn't come close to having enough parking spaces.
