  : The location was just far enough from downtown it was pretty quiet. I liked that we didn't have to check in with anyone but had a lockbox. There was a small workout room and a nice pool. The price was good. The condo was spacious. The bedroom was roomy, and that bed was comfortable. There were lawn chairs for our use.
  : The condo itself was very dated. A note on the fridge in the kitchen stated "fridge doesn't work". Upon exploring more we found a working fridge downstairs in the dining room. There was a microwave placed into what was previously likely a built in microwave, but didn't open/close easily and just looked tacky. The oven burnt all food, likely thermostat or element issue. The bathtub was large, but the faucet and drain were rusted and broken. The washer was loud and made horrible noises, but did wash the clothes. The blinds in the bedroom and living room did not open/close. The couch bed was very uncomfortable (slept on the floor instead). We found trash (boarding passes) from previous guests behind the dresser, so how good was the cleaning done? We did report this to the management, and was advised that there was a "delayed maintenance" and that since I booked "on the cheap" I couldn't expect the couch to be comfortable.

  : The fold-out couch was not super comfortable but they never are.

  : Great location with nearby grocery store, restaurants. Huge lanai. Great resort pool, bar/restaurant with friendly staff.
  : Appliances need attention--stove top has non-working burners and grill. Oven did not work right. Washing machine was very noisy during agitation and off-balance during spin even with small loads. Dishwasher did not release soap pod with every wash.

  : The Unit was spacious just like advertised. It was conveniently located to shopping, away from the tourists and noise of center Kona and all the tourist shops.
  : Before we arrived, I got a phone call saying the washer was not working but a new one was coming, oven doesn't work and they are trying to find a replacement, dish washer wasn't working but a new one was due to arrive the next day, the microwave was removed because it didn't work and they put a smaller one in its place, stove works "they think". The bathroom had a broken cabinet door. Most of the blinds in the place were not working correctly or broken. The shower was difficult to get into because the tub was so tall. I am not short, but it was a challenge for me. The condo had a VERY strong Mildew smell. I would not recommend this unit 11-101 until everything was fixed and the strong mildew smell was gone.

  : Location was great. Balcony was super. Wayne was nice. Facilities like pool and bar was great.
  : Condo needs total renovation. 1. First night sleeper sofa collapsed on us and we slept the entire week on the floor. 2. Oven is so old that the thermostat doesnt work. Whatever temp I tried it on was the same and bunt everything. 3 stove is so old that you cant tell what temp a burner is on and again, burnt everything. 4. Only one small pan was nonstick and the only one I could cook with. 5. The washing machine practically blows up evertime it tries to spin. 6. Dishwasher doesnt release the soap and had to rewash dishes. Also runs continuously unless you just give up and turn it off.
