  : There was hot water in the shower. At least. The place was quiet. There was an open parking area. The rest was very negative.
  : 1) The rooms were in very bad condition (see photos): - The sink was broken; - The light in the bathroom did not turn off; - Only 1.1 of 3 radiators worked; - There was only one power outlet behind the desk; - The Internet connection was sometimes barely reachable. 2) The breakfast was poor and the coffee machine did not work. 3) There was no complimentary water in the room. 4) The receptionist did not speak English, she barely got distracted from talking on the phone (obviously not with a customer), told me that she would not be able to provide holistic help with ordering a taxi the next day, and came back to talking on the phone. 5) Even though the place positions itself as a "restaurant and hotel" the restaurant did not work - there was nobody at dinner time, so if you stay here, you would have to use a kebab option in 6 minutes by walking.

  : Staff spoke little or no English, we needed translation app. Upon entering the room visible spider web. The chair at the desk was defective. There was no water in the room and the vending machine did not work for the first few days. The restaurant was closed because there was not enough staff. The dirty drinking glasses were not replaced the whole week
