  : It's a cosy, small hotel very close to a quiet but beautiful beach. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, Klelia is a good place.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally, the atmosphere is nice.
  : Facilities for young children - apart from a small paddling pool, there are none. It would be great if they had some slides, or splashy things and some entertainment, especially in the evening when the pool is closed.The rooms are very basic, I'd call them 'Spartan'. Would be helpful to have some furniture with drawers but more importantly- some washing lines on the balcony to dry swimming suits. Our room was quite run down with some broken furniture which is unsafe for young children.

  : The restaurant staff were polite and friendly. Close to many shops, local restaurants and the beach but the surrounding area was derelict, with abandoned buildings and rubbish heaps next to and opposite the hotel.
  : . Cockroach infested room (in bathroom, private pool, bedroom, in wardrobe) as well as cockroach poos over surfaces. Reception staff said issue would be dealt with but no pest control ever arrived. When confronted, they claimed the issue had been fixed, however cockroaches were still in our room. Forced to stay in the room as we could not be moved, had to pay out of pocket to stay in a hotel down the road. Room not cleaned thoroughly, stained sheets given throughout stay. Pool stained clothes green. Room was unfinished and under maintained, exposed wires and holes in walls, no handle on bathroom door. Food quality pictured is miles away from what is actually served up.They claim to clean the pool and have pest control but the reality is that their procedures simply do not work.

  : We decided to spend our vacation in this four-star hotel after reading reviews on Booking.com. Unfortunately, after spending seven nights here, I feel compelled to write an unfavorable review. Firstly, in our room, the towels were changed daily, but they were gray and some even had holes. A safe, which should be a standard amenity in a four-star hotel, came with an additional fee. There were no slippers or hair and body products provided; you had to request them. The bed was very small and uncomfortable, and the available pillows were simply inadequate. The food quality was exceptionally poor, and breakfasts were the same every day. While the dinners might have varied slightly, one would expect more from a four-star hotel. The cutlery in the restaurant was subpar, tarnished, and often dirty. As for pool towels, they were available for an extra charge. The staff was friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant service. Unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. These minor issues added up to a negative impression, and we found ourselves spending as little time as possible at the hotel.

  : food and drink- quality very good and varied top marks to the bar, restaurant and kitchen staff nothing was to much trouble to the staff - from the ladies who cleaned the rooms , the maintenance men and the staff on the reception --- Thank you all
  : the fact that guests in wet swim ware were sitting in upholstered chairs and not worrying that the next person to sit in that chair would end up with wet clothes !!!!! needs a sign to say no wet swim ware in restaurant in SEVERAL LANGUAGES as plastic seating was available in covered outside dining area so no excuse. Hotel was fine - rude and badly mannered guests not so !!!!!
