  : Breakfast was terrible and then had to ask for food to be yelled at by a front desk manager. To many homeless people asking us for a shower, sleep in the room while we weren’t.

  : Absolutely nothing! It was terrible! Worst hotel experience I've ever had!
  : Literally everything! The pool was closed because it was absolutely disgusting, the beds had pubes on them, the blanket had a big stain that looked like actual shit on it, the fridge had pubes on it and was soaked in soap, there were pubes and hair in the shower, the remote to the TV was broke, the phone was sticky and did not work, the smoke detector did not work at all and the floor was completely soaked from what I'm guessing was the air conditioner leaking for a long time. And they did nothing to help the situation. And refused a refund.

  : I didn't like the hotel. It was nasty the pool was nasty it was not open the rooms were nasty this the worst hotel I've ever been to if you ever have to go to Kalamazoo Michigan stay away from this hotel stay away from it as far as you possibly can

  : The common areas appeared decently cared for and the room itself had no bugs or anything of concern like that. Front office manager seemed accommodating, within corporate guidelines, and willing to assist in what could be assisted with.
  : False representation of Wi-Fi, laundry availability, no working ice machine and the entire hotel, along with room deficiencies like no blow dryer, no coffee pot, no chair for the working desk. Having to clean the bathroom myself wasn't expected or fun either. I don't believe the microwave had been cleaned and quite some time in the refrigerator had broken shelves that made it barely usable with only being able to hold those very small amount of items. Since I was staying for a longer amount of time I had to spend roughly a minimum of $150 to get internet services for myself as well as get to a laundry facility to be able to do laundry sufficiently. Being out $150 that was not expected is unfortunate to put it extremely lightly. All of these things added up to an extremely inconvenient outcome and am officially disappointed with the Baymont name.

  : we liked absolutely nothing at this establishment.
  : Paid around $100 for our room, got to our room and had NO air-conditioning, it was about 90° in our hotel room. WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO REQUEST A ROOM SWITCH AND GOT NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE FROM THE WORKER AFTER GETTING A REPLACEMENT ROOM. ALL OF THE WATER IN THE HOTEL WASN'T WORKING, SO NO SHOWER, NO SINK TO BRUSH TEETH, NO TOILET AT ALL. One of the lights in our hotel room did not have a lightbulb and there were stains on the sheets in BOTH rooms. we sucked it up and dealt with it and then went to breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was terrible as well, no variety, just bland cereal, milk, and blueberry muffins. Everything in this establishment is dirty and not up to par. If you're looking for a nice hotel-stay in Michigan, do not come here.
