  : I stayed in the junior suite and it was lovely- big room, comfortable bath. Pretty view from the window. There is air conditioner which definitely made a difference in the summer heat. I’d advise that you Don’t pack too heavy if you would like to book these rooms as you must climb up 3floors worth of stairs!
  : The plug point at the wall detached when I unplugged the bedside lamp- not very safe. The lamp next to the bed has no light switch so needs to be unplugged to turn it off, which is inconvenient if you are comfortable in bed. The TV does not face the bed, which is unfortunate for if you would like to relax in bed and watch TV.The aircon is located in a little alcove and does not face directly into the main living/sleeping area. This was not enough to completely cool the area where the bed was located and I still got very hot during the night.

  : Excellent location - close to centre and near a beautiful park and lake. Very welcoming staff.We travelled with a pet, and did not experience any problems.Free parking in front of the hotel.
  : Rooms would need to be refreshed.
