  : The location of the hotel is good with great views over the sea. It is close to Artemonas which is a lovely little village and also close to Kastro that has some great views and bars and restaurants such as Loggia and Cantina. The Bostani restaurant (not linked to the hotel) and the Spa were both wonderful. We didn't eat at Bostani but did have a drink and it's a beautiful setting. The hotel has it's own little restaurant area for breakfast. It's not as pretty as Bostani but it does have a good view. The massage at the Spa was great and we ended the treatment with a view over the sea. Our terrace had a great view over the sea and we woke up early to see the sunset which was lovely.
  : Whilst our room and terrace was very big, a lot was left to be desired when it came to interiors and comfort. It felt more like we were staying in a holiday let. The bed and bedding were both very low quality and they had sewerage issues in the bathroom which gave off a terrible odour to the room. We asked for a scented candle to cover the smell - they said they would send someone to clean it but no action was taken. The terrace is directly above the restaurant and pool on one side and on the other side is the main path so you are pretty overlooked / hear everyone. The pool area feels very small and the grey interiors gives everything a drab feel. There is no breakfast buffet (just a few cakes), instead you are brought a few cereals and bread to the table. You can however order from the cooked menu and this food was pretty good. Coffees weren't great. Despite us having a few issues with our room, on departure nobody asked us how our stay was, instead they just asked us what we'd like to leave for a tip. When we stated the amount, they questioned whether we were sure about this. Given we had stayed for such a short time and no great help had been given to us, we weren't impressed with the way they approached this.

  : Beautiful peaceful setting with stunning views.Courteous staff.Overall design.
  : This property has such potential but there are a few significant issues that took from our 24 hours there: - transport to/from the hotel/port: this really needs to be improved. We had to ring the hotel to organise a taxi for us while we waited and wandered aimlessly around the port. Our taxi cost us 23 each way - expensive! This should be included or at least streamlined. - The pool is *very* cold. Despite the beautiful setting, when your teeth are chattering its hard to enjoy! Maybe in hotter weather (we visited in a cooler than average May) its cold temp is welcome respite? - Expensive ++++ minibar and only water free in the room.- No welcome drink.

  : Excellent location, pool and both restaurants couldnt be better, staff were lovely and the treatment room was stunning.
  : Lots of ants in the room, broken toilet seat, air conditioner was noisy for the first few hours (squeaking and clicking) effecting our sleep, the shower was luke warm in the evening.
