  : Excellent in house pool. Beautiful modern building. Reception and restaurant staff are so helpful, they were amazing. Ahmed, Mehmet and Ali spoke good English and were soo helpful, nothing was too much for them. Thank you guys for making our stay more comfortable. :)
  : The room temperature is very difficult to control freezing at times or it gets very hot. Staff couldn't help it as they don't control it either.

  : Used laundry they lost my clothes however they paid me so at the end I did not lose anything. However, wifi is slow and super hard to connect it

  : Whatever you do, do not try the spa. I've never had a worse massage experience, not to mention that the massage room was dirty, cold and has no dim light

  : The staff were friendly and smiled. The rooms were perfect and modern style which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was the best from all the hotels I been to in this country so I had a decent time here. Even with the language and wifi problems I would do this again. :)
  : The english was terrible, so bad, we could not do any sort of basic communication. No information could be obtained from the staff easily. We used the language translators and eventually got around but I expected a a few basic words from the team there. They tried really hard to support us but it was just painful. Also the free internet wifi was really bad.
