  : Crazy hotel that imo I would seriously tell everyone to avoid Firstly the check in lady was one of the most arrogant condescending awkward people I have ever met, how anyone can have this lady as first point of contact is beyond me So many problems on this visit its untrue, but biggest concern was at midnight some guest was battering a door down screaming and shouting at NO ONE ! (Clearly had mental issues) this went on for a hour, I got up and went to see the only hotel employee in the building who was so stressed with this mans behaviour, he said he called the boss, the boss told him to give a free drink to anyone that complains, not a word about guest safety! A free drink is fine! At 1am the problems stopped well until 4.45am when the police was now banging this mans door down to get him out of the room. So in all virtually no sleep, all the hotel staff said upon check out..SORRY! Coupled earlier with young girl member of staff in tears in the bar area, whilst being talked to by two elderly men who I guess were the hotels managers, this is no place to be carrying out this business, its very unprofessional and to a member of the public is very disconcerting seeing two elderly gentleman acting this way to a young lady, how do we know if this is bullying or abusive behaviour, any problems like this should be carried out in private not at a table in the bar area that adjoins the restaurant! I would personally avoid this hotel

  : Location, friendliness, rooms, service in general. Breakfast, parking.
  : Difficult to say as it was a great experience, but the dinner in the restaurant was a bit disappointing as far as the quality of the food was concerned.Breakfast on the other hand was fantastic.

  : Unfortunately the dinner was below average . The staff were struggling with New Years Eve orders but the ordinary food off the special menu was disappointing for a hotel of this quality.

  : Finally one normal Hotel in DE that have private parking and no strange people around...
  : Really loud ventilation system in room.Guy on check in was a little bit stupid..I was waiting outside and doors was locked because it was verry late.. he saw me outside but don't want to open the doors because I dodn't press the bell somewhere outside....I think that hotel with 4 stars should be made with more quallity.. for example hotels with 4 stars in some poor countries are with same quality like this one...So too expensive like all other hotels in Germany for the quality what you get...

  : This was not our first stay in the hotel. First time we were amazed with absolutely everything, but this time we really have to complain about the isolation in room 209 because you could hear everything, from walking, talking, etc. I often stay in hotels that have good sound isolation and when someone is talking you can't hear anything even if the person is standing in front of your door and talks, you can only hear mumbling, not clear sentences. I don't know if it is a problem of the whole floor or just that room, because the firs time (on the first floor) we haven't had experience like this. If you point on the booking that the room has sound isolation, it should be so. I'll describe the situation in the next segment "What I didn't like". Before I write what we didn't like I would just like to say that the beautiful brown haired young woman who was working at reception on Sunday (January, 28th) was very kind and beyond all our expectations. She is one of the reasons why guests should return to your hotel.
  : We stayed for two nights and unfortunately I have to say that we didn't get any sleep. Neither overnight, nor during the day. I don't know what kind of guests stayed at the hotel this weekend, but the staff should certainly warn those who violate the house rules, which state exactly that the hotel must be quiet after 11 p.m. The first night (around 11:30 p.m.) I went out into the hallway to warn 6-8 adults who were standing there and talking very loudly to the point that I had the feeling that they were standing in front of my door. Around 4 in the morning, two or three girls ran down the hallway in high heels and screamed for about 10 mins and I think that's really inappropriate. The staff should still watch out for such situations because there are still many guests in the hotel who are sleeping at that time of the night, especially guests with small children who were in the hotel that night. The girls who I mentioned also left kebabs and tissues on the floor in the hall in front of someones room, which is another reason to warn critical guests. On the second night around 2 in the morning I had to go out into the hallway again and tell some people to quiet down because they were very loud. Also around 4 in the morning (probably the same girls as the previous day) again ran in high heels thorugh the hallway and laughed and talked there for about 15 minutes. We don't want to give you a bad grade because we always feel comfortable in your hotel, but we think you should have some sanctions for guests like these because it's not okay for 50 or more guests to suffer because of two or three careless guests. I believe that someone would give a very bad grade after what they have experienced and decide not to come to your hotel again, but we will trust that you will take care of isolation and problematic guests in the future.

The issues with the noisy HVAC, lack of shower gel, and poorly cleaned coffee amenities were disappointing considering the cost of the stay.""I've never experienced being charged an additional 250 deposit, despite having pre-paid for my stay. The fact that this amount is withheld for 24 hours adds an unexpected inconvenience to the overall experience."
