: The appartment itself was quite nice and new. All basic items you need in an apprtment were there. The town of Karpacz is a nice town for starting mountain tours or skiing.
: Already on the first day our dedicated parking space was taken by another car. Personal stop at the reception did not help (poor english communication) and the phone number where they were supposed to speak english was only possible to speak german. I got information that they can not do anything about it and that I should leave a note under the other cars wiper. Finally after 2 days the other car disappeared and I could use our dedicated parking space. On the second last day another guy stopped me an told me I am parking on his space. I am not sure how they manage but if a car is on the dedicated space you have to park somewhere else outside the property.Another problem were the thin walls, you could hear everything through the walls from the neighbours next to you... so if your neighbours had a party, you are partying along.

: It was a comfortable and specious flat for our 3 generation family to stay while on our holiday in Karpacz. There is plenty of space to put your things away. The kitchen was well equipped.

: Good location but you need to get keys in the office in the city. Not convenient at all.
: Our room was on the ground floor. A lot of people walking nearby. No view. More or less comfortable for a few days.
