  : Breakfast was average. Having stayed in the area many times before I would say it wasnt as good as our previous experience on the whole. The staff however were excellent, obliging, nothing too much trouble. The pool /bar area was very congenial though limited space around the pool itself. The pool although it looked perfectly clean had some black mould along the sides which should have been removed. The bar and terrace area was very enjoyable, with a superb, friendly and efficient barman who made everyone welcome. The restaurant area was not so comfortable, very hard seats which didnt invite lingering over a meal. The food in general was well presented and good.
  : We knew there was no lift and because of this asked for rooms on lower floors which we were given. However there are still a lot of steps from street level to the pool area and then up to first and second floor rooms where our rooms were. We are not in the first flush of youth and did find this quite restrictive and difficult. The rooms were certainly not as presented online, being quite small with a minute bathroom which again had mould along the edges of the shower cubicle and if you were a larger person it would be very difficult to manoeuvre! All in all the rooms are tired and in need of total refurbishment and additional storage would be welcome. We were staying for two weeks and there only two small bedside drawers and a wardrobe which was really inadequate. The beds were reasonably comfortable but the pillows were like bricks. There was a lot of noise during the night until 3 and 4am with people coming in and slamming doors, talking loudly and clomping around. Kas is a beautiful place and we have visited many times but this time there were very significant changes. In the main the average age of visitor is much younger and this has lead to much more noise generally, very loud music night and day and for us has completely spoiled a wonderful, relaxing, traditional place that always felt like Turkeys best kept secret and was worth the long journey from Dalaman to reach it. Sadly, no more.

  : Amazing location with water front property with their own beach club setting. Staff was very helpful and thoughtful at all times.
  : It was on the expensive side for some room features (lack of toiletries, no where to hang swimsuits etc); not having elevators made it harder after a tiring day but it was manageable.

  : Most friendly staff and a very personal experience. The crew is just wonderful. Beautiful view over the bay. Nice beach and nice bar with a view. Very good breakfast. Wonderful view.
  : Pebbles Beach next door does extremly loud parties on weekends between 2am and 4am. Bring your ear plugs.
