: Very friendly host ("Familienanschluss"). Extremely good value for the money. Very comfy beds. Large and comfy balcony which was perfect for having breakfast.

: Staff is polite and facilities excellent. Owners made us feel welcome and at home. Located ideally, to be close enough to the beach, but far enough from the noise of nightlife.
: We could use a parking place, especially under some shade. This would be extra comfy to avoid high temperatures in the car, before traveling with the baby.

: The yard is nice, with a lot of trees. There is ample parking space around the property. This property is cheap for this area, and still reasonably good. It is cleaned daily. There is a restaurant on site (but we didn't use it). A very nice beach is nearby
: Most importantly, we were given small one room apartment, instead of large two room apartment, despite the fact that I messaged the property to confirm that we will get the big apartment. I saw previous negative reviews, so I double checked, but we still got the wrong room. The attitude of the owners was also bad, and they seemed surprised that we were complaining. I managed to get some compensation from the property (a little bit more than 10%), but I am not satisfied. It was not possible for us after the long trip to look for other accommodation, and everything was booked anyway. The room is a little bit in disrepair, e.g. toilet seat was broken, faucets were dripping, a power plug was broken etc. Cleanliness is OK in general, but there was some cactus like thing in the freezer, and there is a smell probably from the drain. At some points, it was very strong. We also had the smallest bathroom that I've ever seen. There is nothing between the property and the overpass on the local road, so you will definitely hear cars, busses and trucks if your room is on the road side. I don't know if it is a regular occurrence, but some guys were organizing illegal moto races almost every night while we were there, until 1-2 AM. It was not very conducive to sleeping
