  : We were welcomed by really helpful and friendly reception staff, who were great throughout our stay, the room was functional and clean. The shower was good too although the bathroom couldve done with cleaning the mold off and repairing the seals on the shower.
  : The not so good stuff.Despite asking twice for a room clean, we didnt get new toilet paper or any replacement teas and coffee. We had to get these from reception.Teas and coffee were never replaced and there was no milk. We were left with soggy bath mats on the floor until the last night.The bed was comfy but the single thin pillow was not adequate so we had to ask for two more. You pay for a hotel and expect these basics to be carried out, otherwise whats the point of a hotel. It would be nicer to stay in a self catering apartment. Really disappointing.Breakfast It was quite a spread and generally quite nice, but once again some of the basics were missing - no juices, just discoloured water.

  : Simple but clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located and one can easily walk to the center area with all restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. The room was very clean and even had a tea/coffee cattle. The bed was comfortable.
  : Well, rooms facing the road might be a bit on the noisy side because of the tram, emergency vehicles and loud cars and mopeds, using the urban valley as amplifiers for their fun :( . However, with the window closed it was quiet!

  : Great location near bus and railway station in 5 minutes from city center with shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet place, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom and a kettle in the room.
  : Would be good to have small fridge in the room
