Wonderful

Very Good
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Clean, and spacious with lots of windows. Great for family travel and very good location.
: TV remote didn't work, it might need new batteries. There was not enough coffee in the coffeemaker. Shower upstairs does not drain well. Glass doors into greenhouse room need to be repaired as it is difficult to open them after closing. Lack of kitchen towels.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Size of the apartment.
: I cannot emphasize enough just how dirty, even to an extent of being a heath hazard, this accommodation is.... First of all the description of the accommodation is misleading. It states that the accommodation has both a balcony and a terrace but it has neither of those. The place is absolutely dirty beyond what you could expect I. Some Asian less developed counties. In the whole accommodation you smell the consequences of heavy smoking inside, thick dust on everything inside, dirty refrigerator and freezer, sticky fatty kitchen appliances and utensils but worst of all is the terrible, grime-like, dirty bedding and matrasses. Huge stains of what appears to be urine and/or the result of heavy sweating and only our Lord know what else left those gruesome stains. Worst of all was to be confronted with what cannot other be than blood stains..... This accommodation is clearly used for wild bachelor parties or groups coming to Kaunas to get heavily drunk and whatever else which follows up on that. We have visited many accommodations worldwide leading up to being a Genius Level 3 traveller, but we never ever before encountered such horrible conditions. We initiated a separate claim procedure to, which we never ever done before and never expected we ever would have to do, get full refund for the amount we paid for this grime accommodation. We address this issue at the person whom handed over the keys to the place tonus but regretfully, of given the circumstances perhaps better said; as could be expected, this individual didn't seem to be so much interested.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND WORTHLESS!!!!
