The family-run Guesthouse 1x6 is in the old part of Keflavík a 20-minute drive from the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa. It offers free WiFi and its own geothermal hot pool. The interior of eco-friendly Guesthouse 1x6 is mostly built from recycled materials and driftwood created by a local artist.

The individually designed rooms have access to a shared bathroom with a unique mix of bathroom tiles salvaged from local construction sites. The garden's relaxing thermal bath is made from washed-up ocean stones. Private parking spaces are found next to Guesthouse 1x6.
