  : Where we stopped for the day. Manager apologized for conditions, stated that owner plans to make improvements.
  : Battered. Very hard worn. Facility is old, run down. Room damaged. Fist blow had broken through both sides of bathroom door. Front door not secure. Probably had been kicked in. Door knob damaged wall where door had been slammed against wall. Bedding clean but mattress stained.

  : Nothing was good furniture was all damaged TV was fuzzy and flooring was damaged.
  : The manager was rude to my friends that were there to drop off some clothes for me and literally fallowed them around and almost pushed his way in to my room. I have stayed in 40 or more different hotels in the last few years for work and pleasure .and have never had hotel management treat me or my guest in such a disrespectful way. So I got my bags together and went to check out. When I expressed my disapproval of his treatment of my guests. He refused to take car of my reimbursement for the room charge and is making me come back the next day. I want a full refund and an apology.

  : The room was ice cold. The front desk lady ignored my phone calls about heat. It was below freezing outside. I didn't sleep. Left a day early and they wouldn't refund me the second night. Spent a horrible night there.

  : Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel and room was clean.
  : Husband didn't like the cleaner smells, opened the window and was kept awake by trains during the night.

  : It was in kelso. The neighborhood used to be a known drug spot but it looks like it got cleaned up over the 10 years we've been gone.
