  : No shower curtain=water goes everywhere, no Wi-Fi probably because we were across street=no t.v. (We used our own hot spot), stained carpet, distressed outside doors, tiny bathroom

  : The room had been recently remodeled (or was still quite clean and tidy from the last remodel). Other units were in the middle of major updates. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was nice and super helpful.

  : The outside is not impressive, but the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I had misread the listing and thought it was ground floor, so didn't request that. My sister and I are both in our seventies with some knee problems, so I was dismayed to find when we checked in that they we were to be on a higher floor, with no elevator. The manager went out of her way to find us a ground floor room and even offered to help carry luggage in. Agree with an earlier review that said don't let the outside fool you.
  : The only ice machine is in the office.
