  : room was not vacuum the toilet was leaking. there was what it seems like dog/cat dry food and a dead bug next to it. not all lights where working.

  : I have never been treated so disrespectfully in any of the many hotels and motels that I have stayed in. There was some kind of noise that was preventing me from being able to sleep. A banging sound on the walls. It was coming from the room downstairs. The owners refused to check with the person downstairs, refused to move me to another room, and refused to refund for me for the night that I did not stay there because I had to check out and go stay somewhere else so I could sleep. The wife also screamed and yelled at me as if I had done something wrong when I never raised my voice. The room is also sketchy with stains on the walls, extra dirty bed spreads and blankets and sheets with holes in them. The wifi does not work and the noise from the highway is unbearable.
