  : Hosts were lovely and gave us some helpful suggestions on what to do during our stay. The property is nicely situated for getting to Kenmare and starting the Ring of Kerry. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
  : While ok for 1 night, our room did not look like the photos and was not as described (all pictures of the room we booked show a slate walled room with character, and the description said our room would have a patio. Our room had neither of these)

  : The Druid Cottage is an old house, but reasonably well-kept. The room and bathroom were very clean. It is located just a quick drive into Kemare. The breakfast was very good.
  : The room was small as was the tv. The stairs to our second floor room were both steep and narrow (like a lot of old houses).

  : Sweet bnb...close to the village for exploring. Bit of an older place but hosts were very nice and we had everything we needed for a comfortable night stay. Breakfast was at a shared table and was delicious!!

  : The women who met us was not pleased to us. She was cold rude and bossy. She marched us upstairs straight away to our room and pointed to a blackboard with the wifi code and spoke to me and my mother like we were school children in trouble. My mother is 62 years old and this was just disrespectful. It was not acceptable given we were paying money alot of money to stay there and even if we werent I would not be accepted to be spoken to like that in a condescending manner. The bedroom was beyond disappointing. The pictures shown on the website are deceptive. There were no country cottage iron beds and patchwork quilts in cosy rooms. Instead we got cheap , tacky and dismal decor. The carpet was stained the bed was as hard as a rock and the curtains looked like there were bought out of someones car boot for 10. The room was very masculine, grey, small, cheap and uncomfortable. The window was dusty and was not cleaned. The main light was a very dim bulb and spider webs were in the light shade and also between cabinets. There was a leak stain on the ceiling and the room smelt damp. As for the toilet there was a pubic hair to greet us on arrival. Along with dust and mould in very cramped conditions. The breakfast was very very basic, the butter tasted like fridge and the bread was past its best. The pictures and lamps in the corridor were also very dusty. This is not what we accepted judging by the welcoming warm photos shown on the site. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It was expensive and we didnt even receive what we were expecting. And we did not feel welcome at all.

  : It was the second loveliest B&B that we stayed in. The breakfast room was an Octagonal solariam beautifully decorated. The breakfast was served by William, the owner, who not only served an elegant breakfast but also was extremely helpful with advice for our trip. We enjoyed the one large table which promoted conversation among guests.

  : This is the peak of Irish hospitality. Both owners (?) I met were lovely, were very attentive to me and my comfort. The rooms have been updated since these photos were taken, well exceeded my expectations.
  : Bit of a walk into town, however manageable via the shortcut
