  : I wouldn’t stay again , the hotel had a weird smell like sewage, we couldn’t get any rest because of the construction and they also failed to tell us the water would be off

  : Made reservations on Booking.com but when we arrived there was no reservation for us. They were sold out. Let us stay on phone with booking an hour. 10pm with a 2year old and did not assist in securing a room nearby.

  : The location was great and we easily got to where we needed. There were a lot of restaurants nearby as well.
  : The breakfast. We stay at Embassy Suites because we find great value in the breakfast. The food was sub par and we ended up just going out to grab breakfast for most of our stay

  : I will never stay here again! For the money yoy charge it should've been better accommodation, greeting, food, comfort, exercise facilities, pool was out of commission, room smelt old & wet, bathroom had mold, dirt & dark spots in the corners of the room ceiling, creases, floors, tiles, limited accommodations for guests, especially guests of 2, I would not recommend nor stay here again, it was a waste of my money & to be charged what I was charged was ridiculous for a room such as this, & the staff at the front desk were very rude & didn't even wanna answer questions that the guest had to ask....they need to be offering us a partial if not a full refund for an unclean, unaccomidated hotel with rude staff....worst stay I've ever experienced! And the entire hotel was under renovation or reconstruction was what guest were told, so why open a hotel and rent rooms, just for the paying customers money, & wouldn't even offer an military discount either!
