  : Air conditioning old and/or undersized or in need of repair for room. Never cooled down throughout the night and during a heatwave made the stay less than acceptable.

  : Where do I start... The shower floor had a big patch of caulking on it and it felt like I was going to fall through the floor, and the toilet seat was soooooo much bigger than the toilet was..we got locked out of the room and building Everytime we went outside.. so I had to walk all the way around the building to get a new key and then through the maze of the hotel because the closest elevator wasn't working and Ron has COPD so I would have to go let him in from the door to the parking lot and then find the elevator!!! All the furniture was mismatched.. if your gonna put in new furniture then atleast take out the old don't just leave it empty in the room! . If I would have known the hot tub wasn't working I could have stayed across the street. This was a horrible stay at this hotel for the amount of money that I paid!! And for all you looking for the out door pool it isn't working either.. they don't mention it in they're website!!
