  : The Staff were very friendly and a joy to talk to. The room was clean. Parking was easily accessible. I just needed a clean, inexpensive place to stay for 2 days, nothing fancy and this was sufficient. I would stay again for the same type of travel.
  : The bed was a little firm for my liking... but I slept ok so not much of a complaint, really.

  : The lobby and restroom was clean.
  : Waited almost 30 minutes for staff. Had a sign up to call for assistance. Called 5 times, and never answered.Automatically charged the room to the card that I reserved the room without asking how I wanted to pay.All hotel/motel staff that I've interacted with have always asked if I wanted to use that card or another form of payment. He rudely told me that I should have told him that I didn't want to pay with that card. I was waiting for him to ask me.I canceled my reservations and reserved a room at the Motel 6 down the street. When I checked in, the hotel staff member immediately asked me how I would like to pay.I informed him about the Days Inn staff member and what occurred to lead me to their hotel.Days Inn staff member was very unprofessional.I was issued a refund.
