  : Misadvertisedmisled.worthless experience with booking.com and vacasa. Site was supposed to have kitchenette, sitting room, Wi-Fi, balcony, Mountain View..place had nothing like that at all. Numerous calls and texts to Vacasa were never acted upon, hung up on, and efforts to send this to local rep never materialized. Never using booking or vacasa again

  : The electric in the bathroom is connect to the outlets I. The kitchen. Every time I used the plug in the bathroom, the lights went out. I unplugged the things in the kitchen and had no further problems.

  : Buyer Beware. The unit was not at all as advertised. The pictures included a kitchen and living area. When we arrived we found we only had a bedroom with a bathroom. We had no where to cook dinner or invite guests over. Very Disappointed.

  : The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It has two big sags on each side making it very uncomfortable. You can see the depressions clearly when you enter the room.

  : The agreement I was provided stated the unit would have a balcony. It had no balcony. There was construction on the roof and workers started at 7am which I believe is too early
