  : The location was excellent, right off Duvall.
  : A few of the property lights within the common areas were inoperable. This made the stairwells eerie and dark.

  : Very close to Duval Street. Extremely convenient locations to walk up and down the Duval St. very spacious and clean apartment. Secure. Would go there again.

  : Everything you needed to cook with was in the condo, plenty of towels, and paper products. Check in was quick and condo was easy to find. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Would love to stay there again.

  : No instructions on how or where to get keys or to check in or out. I had to call Vacasa

  : convenience very close to a lot of things we wanted to do. also that it has 2 1/2 bathrooms.

  : The property was perfect in every way but impossible to sleep in with the roosters starting at 3:00am and going all morning till noon.
  : There are a ton of roosters just in front of the building that are crowing all night long. Ive stayed in a hotel two blocks down and never heard them. They start at 3:00am and are nonstop till noon. We finally got four nights with no babies and were so excited to sleep in. Instead we ended up awake all night with a new found loathing for roosters. The property is wonderful but those roosters would keep me from staying there again.
