: No staff, no hot water when needed, broken toilet seat, rusted toilet rack in bath, mattress uncomfortable, ants all over kitchen , numerous problems with coded lock for re-entry to room .unfortunately was dissatisfied.

: Can't answer the survey about staff. Never saw any. Disappointing-No Coffee. Amenities said Coffee/Tea maker. There was a Keurig with two cups there the day we checked in. No sugar/creamer. Nothing after.

: The location was perfect.
: Parking was an issue. We were shocked at the size of the room for the money. Dont think its honest to call this a suite!! The back deck was so small! No one there to help. Never received information on how to enter property until I called!

: Breakfast was not included but there was all kitchen utensils needed to make it. It was a nice little and cozy place to rest for a couple of days.
: It would have been better if there was enough parking close to the property. But it is not the owner fault. Its the way the city is built.
