  : The 1980's hot tub did work and it had a large tv, which the kid loved.
  : The ad lied about pool and amenities location. They weren't close at all. Rooms were very hot. Mountain view isn't really the mountain view. There is no front desk, only a line to a call center in Iowa. Good luck getting help with anything.

  : There is black spot/mold on the bathroom. The top of the mini fridge is frozen shut due to the amount of ice build up. Need better system to pick up and drop off the keys. Not the best system when you have no car/transportation... Had to walk 3 miles in a snow storm to drop off the keys...

  : We booked it because King and Queen beds, instead had a doble bed and fold out couch. Bathroom had strange OPEN shower over a hot tub and no curtains. There was a fan with a thick cover of dirt on the blades among other things. It was buttery cold and doors to access unit from reception like area was broken so you could go up but not come back in ; had to go out around down stairs into the outside and walk around building to get back in. The EXERCISE FITNESS, was a little room that barely fit their old thread mill and an elliptical machine. The worse of all was the reception; we arrived as we said 12 to 1 ( about 2 pm actually ). Followed directions to open a box but our name was not there; the open office had no one there. We called Hello!!!, but no answer, my wife was on the phone with VACASA agent and I saw an envelope in the desk with my name. The VACASA agent exclaimed Oh good!. But later some local VACASA agent called and told me I should have not get that envelope from the office and threatened to call the police for breaking in . Conversation got heated and I told him to do so if he wishes. The VACASA agents were all very nice . What a dilema; me with my wife and teenage daughters in freezing weather in the place we described and then to find the food out couch had sheets with food crumbs over and blanquette with what seem to be blood spots. We later met a VACASA local agent who heard my complaints and offered a refund , we stayed over that night and likely we found another much nicer place for next day so we left.

  : Needs an update. There were few kitchen utensils. Had a tiny apartment fridge. Was generally run down. There were like 4 hangers in the closets, and the bedroom closet had a broken or disassembled table stashed in it.

  : We went on a scavenger hunt for 2 hours walking and driving all over trying to find the office (no address given) to get the key. We never found the office. Went back to condo building one more time and stopped and asked a girl going in who said she was going in to inspect our room before we could get in. She told me I needed to go to the office to get the key. I said we would not stay there if I had to do that again so she gave me the keys and pass cards to get in. It was a 85 degree day and hot in the room - the air did not work or there just isnt any. The bedroom is very small with a double bed. Old bedspread. Looked clean. We flipped out couch to sleep on by open window with ceiling fan on. There is a huge glass coffee table (too big for space) that we bumped our knees and shins on at least a dozen times. Finally moved it in front of fireplace out of the way. The refrigerator did not get things cold so put things in the freezer. There were no Kleenex available My allergies were bad in the room. The electric blinds do not work One stayed down and wouldnt go up the other stayed up and only one side went down. The laundry room is down in basement not in room. There was no balcony in our room. Bathroom is very dated. The whole complex and area was like a ghost town the weekend we were there. Not many shops or restaurants open.
