  : Nice location on the banks of Amur River; good interior, good friendly reception, tidy and well furnished rooms, good shower, good bed, quiet, nice outdoor terrace cafe, good amenities. Generally, good value for money (if not for the overpriced boxed breakfast).
  : I was asked if I mind canceling the booking via Booking.com so that the property saves upto 20%; was given the smallest room (though larger ones were available at the same price, my friends were given those) with a view onto the inner yard; the minibar was switched off/broken - no lights, not cold (I was offered a fridge at the reception though), no large towel was left, so I needed to call for it. The packaged breakfast was obviously overpriced for what it offered - a greezy sandwich, two froots, a yogurt and a berry drink (nice one). No welcome water battle. Overall, there was a very unfortunate impression of attempted small-scale cheap saving in the otherwise pretty good hotel.

  : This was a surprisingly good hotel. Rooms are fine and bed was good. The quality of the furnishings is really good comparing to other local hotels. Girls at the reception are very professorial and efficient. Our room was facing the mighty river Amur, albeit it was winter and full of snow. The restaurant on the ground floor is really god and recommended - we went to a few in Khabarovsk and this one was the best. Overall - it was a good stay and I will stay again.
  : There was a terrible noise coming from the other rooms as few drunken people gathered at about 4 am in the morning.

  : Hotel with business forniture. Very comfortable room, the bed was perfect for sleep. Non sound from street. The room was very clean. Tasty breakfast, with a lot of different dish. Very quickly check in/ check out procedures. Fantastic view from windows.
  : There is need of more internationals tv channels. The breakfast with more fresh fruits and bottles of mineral (sparking/no sparking) water (now there is only tap water).

  : I had a good impression at first. Comfort room, kind staffs, location near from the beautiful cathedral, and price is also reasonable.
  : Only one bad thing for me was the nose. On my second day (Saturday), a wedding party was held at Sopka, making a loud music sound for a few hours, followed by fireworks. I might avoid stay here on weekend. But generally, I like this hotel.
