  : No air-conditioning, loud, bad breakfast, old fashioned,......I can go on. They don't take credit cards,it is like going back to the sixties. If there is nothing else than this is the place but it should be your last option

  : Not much to like unfortunately and give current circumstances in Ukraine, I try to help where I can, but need to stay honesty with reviews. Place was old and tired and I think barely maintained to manage costs during the conflict. Sadly not value for money and would not stay again. I feel better writing an honest review as I have seen many Ukrainians write bad reviews about their stays recently, so it is not just me.
  : Long list: leaking heater in the bathroom, tried to turn it off and it sprayed water everywhere, had to turn it back on and place a towel on the floor. handle in shower to control shower jets broken, just spun round and round. Mattress extremely thin old foam and wooden bed just creaked loudly every time you moved. Window sill covered in dust. Advertised free bottle of water in room and none provided. Advertised a mini-bar and you get an empty fridge. Towels were starched so hard they were like sandpaper. Tried ringing restaurant for room service, phone never answered. Not sure we even got the rooms we initially paid for but were so tired, it was easier to just go to bed and leave early next morning. I think maybe in its glory it was a great place, but not now, needs work and people who care to bring it back to speed.
