: The location is perfect. Host is friendly.
: It was too small and hot in the room. Bed was not comfortable. Towels were old. Bath wasn't clean enough.

: The bathrooms were exceptionally clean! Valentine is an interesting dude. Made some good friends. Location is quite good!
: The private room isn't really a private room. It's just boarded off with a make-shift thin sliding door. Couldn't speak on the phone at night, even quietly, as I was worried about waking someone. No AC or fan in the "room". I was dying at times from the heat. No hot water in the shower. Laundry cost 60 UAH which is alright except that I found the wet clothes in a tub next to my room the next morning which means they were kind of just growing mold all night instead of drying. Also they didn't smell like any detergent had been used. All in all you're paying 3 times maybe 4 times as much for a private room as you are for a bed. The value doesn't coincide.

Very Good

: It is very close to the Metro. Bedding was clean. Hosts were friendly.

: I was really surprised by how nice and helpful was the staff at the hostel!! Ghe vibe was really relaxing and peaceful...The location is amazing, because it's close to night clubs, restaurants and metro station -all walking distance... If you're a solo traveler, I highly recommend Kyiv Art-hostel

Disappointing

  : cool guys
: bad security, i was lied to about the balcony and part of my costume went missing without much assistance from staff

Good

: It is more like a couchsurfing experience with an own room than a Hostel. There are lockers for small and valuable stuff.
: It was a bit messy but still fine. You cannot lock your room.

: Really good location in the middle of Podil, my favorite district of the city. Easy access with own magnetic key. Cozy hostel design, with paintings, flowers, and incense.
: Worm apartment but cold balcony in winter (the balcony was our room for a stay). Short blankets provided made it difficult to properly cover bodies against cold in the morning. The kitchen and shower are full of different food leftovers and empty chemical bottles.
